FAQs & What's included
Deep Etching (Background Removal)
Choose from a crisp true-white background, or a transparent background.
We always recommend transparent backgrounds for the most versatility as they sit seamlessly on virtually any coloured background on your website and can also be used for creative graphic design purposes.
Turnaround Time
Final photos will be delivered in 5-10 business days from the shoot completion date (depending on number of photos ordered and post production requirements).
Got a tight deadline? Just give us a heads up before the shoot and we'll do our absolute best to make it happen.
File Type & Photo Delivery
Images are provided in high-resolution for print, and high quality web size (2048px) which is best for digital purposes such as online stores, amazon, etc. social media 3600px (JPEG).
Your images will be available to download via your private online gallery with a download pin.
We are not based in Sydney, can we still work with you?
Absolutely! Although we're home to some of the best product photographers in Sydney, we work with amazing clients from all over Australia.
As long as you can get your product delivered or posted to our Sydney-based studio, then we'd love to work with you!
Are there any products that you don't shoot?
Generally, we do not shoot clothing or very large and bulky items. If this sounds like your product, feel free to get in touch! If it's not something we do, we'll happily see if we can refer you.
Post-Producting Editing & Retouching
You will receive beautifully hand-edited images which have been carefully edited to make your product and packaging pop with true-to-life colours.
Photos will also be professionally re-touched to remove any minor marks, scratches, spots and dust.
Please note: it is important that your product is carefully packaged and delivered in shoot-ready condition for photography. Additional re-touching fees may apply for very crinkled or creased packaging, for example. Guidance will be provided prior to the shoot.
Will I get my products back?
Yes! We like to hang on to your products until we've perfected and delivered the final images. After that point, you're welcome to pick up your products within 5 days of photo delivery, or we can arrange to post them back to you.
Image Usage/Licensing
We do not charge any additional usage or licensing fees.
While we retain copyright, all images contain a non-exclusive license, so you are welcome to use the images to your heart's content for all web/digital and print purposes (global territory and unlimited timeframe.)
Are there any add-ons or extras?
The above pricing is all-inclusive, however, there are a few add-ons that you can choose from based on the specific requirements of your project (see below).

Shiny Surfaces
+ $15/photo
Products with lots of metallic, glass or reflective surfaces may incur an additional fee due to the complexity of lighting and re-touching involved in perfecting the final shot!
Hand Modelling
+ $15/photo
A hand model holding your product can help customers envision size, colour, usage, serving suggestions, and more. This is particularly important when it comes to beauty products!
Groups of Items
2-3 items + $15/photo
4-8 items + $25/photo
8-15 items + $40/photo
If you sell bundles, kits or hampers of multiple products, additional fees apply due to styling time involved.
